Hawke's Bay Rosé

A delightful bright aroma of watermelon with berry fruit and floral notes. An elegant, finely flavoured palate with crisp natural acidity, fresh berry flavours and a dry finish.

Delectable with fresh seafood and light salads.



This Sauvy from the home of the long white cloud offers a bouquet of fresh flavours of tropical fruits, tomato leaf backed by herbaceous characteristics. The palate displays the distinct Marlborough characteristics of guava and tropical citrus fruits that give a rich full rounded palate.

Ideally suited to drink with smoked ocean trout or Kahawai with a crisp kale salad and a good squeeze of lemon juice.

Hawke's Bay Pinot Gris

Intensely varietal on the nose with floral notes of rose water, melon and hints of spice.

A well balanced palate, rich and full of texture with an appealing fresh soft floral and tropical fruit taste, and a silky off dry finish.

Fantastic with antipasto platter.

Hawke's Bay Chardonnay

Full of scrumptious citrus aromas, with tropical fruits and stone fruits. Elegant fruit forward stonefruits balanced by fresh citrus and finished with a hints of butterscotch.

Pair with baked scallops and garlic potato.


Lifted ripe aromas of rich red berry fruits and subtle savoury oaky spice undertones give way to bold and generous currant fruit flavours. Medium-bodied, well-balanced tannin structure and great length.

Delicious with rare lamb fillets and Asian greens.


Delightful aromas of black plum with a hint of spice, leading to sweet ripe berry fruit flavours complemented by hint of oak.

Fantastic with grilled meats and vegetables.
